Most of the users is complaining about the poor performance in firefox 3. But the real thing is firefox hasn’t changed a bit, the poor performance is caused by the default theme in it. You have to keep one thing in mind that not all users are facing this problem.Some new and older systems have incompatibilities with the default theme, so change the theme. This really worked for me. Go to firefox addons,search for office theme, install it.

Hard Disk LED Indicator Stays On All Time
Some users complains that their HDD LED indicator stays on all time. This problem can be an indication of a Virus Attack or a Hardware problem. Let’s find out how to diagnose it.
First you have do a complete virus scan, check if your Antivirus caught any Virus or Spyware. Take the appropriate steps to heal the infections. After this restart your system and check your HDD LED. Does it shows the same problem. If your answer is YES this may an indication of some Hardware problem.
The next step is go to BIOS check the Hardware Monitor page which shows the power levels to your system. Check +12v ,-12v, 5v etc. If you do not know the default power levels check with the booklet which comes with your motherboard or google it. If you find variations replace your SMPS with a working one. If it does not solve your problem you have to check the other devices installed in your system.
Remove all the devices except your Hard disk from your system(sound card, graphics card, Lan card, CD drives, DVD drives, Secondary Hard Disk etc).Connect your Hard Disk with a new IDE or SATA cable. After this boot your sytem ,check your HDD LED indicator.
If this solves your problem install the removed devices one by one and rule out the defective device.

How to run Graphics programs in TC++ in Newer Systems
The most common problem nowadays faced by the TC++ programmers is the inability to run graphics programs in their compiler. The reason for this problem is the incompatibility of TC++ with the latest device and drivers in your system.
To solve this problem you have to use a dos emulator like DOS BOX. Running TC++ inside this emulator will solve this problem.
Another way to tackle this problem is to install a virtual machine in your system. The most commonly used virtual machine is VMware. Create a single core system in VMware and install your operating system in it and run TC++ in VMware, this will solve the problem.
